Recipe Challenge #3 – Choc Nibbles Cookies

A perfect snack. Made even more perfect by the addition of Choc Nibbles! Also it’s an easy one that children will love to bake with you and of course enjoy the results

What you will need :

• Makes 15-20
• 75g butter
• 40g dark muscavado sugar
• 40g caster sugar
• 1 medium egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 115g plain flour
• 200g Choc Nibbles

How to make :

• Preheat fan oven to 170
• Cream together sugars and butter, using a handheld mixer. Add vanilla.
• Once creamy add the egg, and stir until combine
• Add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon
• Add chocolate nibbles. As many as your heart desires.
• Line a baking tray with parchment and dust with flour
• Drop a teaspoon of two of mixture on the tray and space well apart
• Bake for 8-10 minutes
• Leave to cool, if you can, on a baking rack.
• Or simply serve immediately with lots of tea and maybe a side of extra Choc Nibbles!
